1. Return Eligibility
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. STRATEC Systems™ accepts eligible returns under the following conditions:

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all hardware, accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Products showing signs of installation, modification, damage, or use are not eligible for return.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to approved returns at STRATEC Systems™' sole discretion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or modification
STRATEC Systems™ reserves the right to determine return eligibility upon inspection.
3. Warranty Claims
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products.
Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the product unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
To initiate a warranty claim:

Wait for warranty authorization before returning any product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by STRATEC Systems™.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, warranty claims are typically processed within 30 business days.
If your warranty claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

Repair of the product

Store credit

Refund to the original payment method
Warranty coverage applies only to the purchased product and does not include labor costs, installation costs, shipping costs, vehicle downtime, towing expenses, rental vehicles, property damage, or any indirect or consequential damages.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

A shipping error by STRATEC Systems™

An incorrect item shipped

A verified manufacturing defect
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as STRATEC Systems™ is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund Processing
After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.

7. Order Cancellations
